Today has been awesome! We took the dogs hiking along the Wabash River & it was an absolutely gorgeous day. I love spring! I took a lot of pictures because everything looked so pretty today!
I’m not sure which the dogs get more excited about, the hike or the car ride! lol
After our hike which ended up being about 6 miles, I went to the gym for cross training & strength training. I did 4 miles on the elliptical, 2 miles on the stationary bike, & strength training (legs). We also stopped at the Pink Walrus for some frozen yogurt!
I definitely think I earned it today. I’m already at over 22,000 steps!
I’m taking it easy for the rest of the evening so I’m rested up for my 7 mile run tomorrow! I’m really looking forward to it! 🙂
