Spring, Where Oh Where Did You Go?

Today’s workout was 4 miles on the elliptical, 2 miles on the stationary bike, & strength training (legs).

Not as big of a calorie burn as usual, but I took it a little easier on the bike today & did a leisurely 2 miles. Sometimes I feel like I exercise at too high of an intensity too often. I really don’t want to get injured again, but I like to push myself & make my workouts count. I’m still trying to find a good balance.

Spring has definitely not arrived here in Indiana..

What the heck! I don’t want anymore snow! I want sunny, warmer weather so I can run outside!

My plan for this weekend, besides my long run tomorrow, is to catch up on some reading. I’m behind on my blogs & magazines, and I haven’t touched my book since last week. I must remedy this.
