This is week 4 of my half training. I did a 3.5 mile run + squats, lunges, push ups, & crunches (3 sets of 20).
The first day running on the treadmill after an outside run always sucks for me. I would much rather run outside but it was in the 20’s & very windy! It looks like I will be on the treadmill the rest of this week. Somebody forgot to inform Mother Nature that spring begins tomorrow.

I really don’t like running outside if the temp or wind chill is below freezing!
